I Start

So it has been a while since I posted. Well, to this blog, at least.

Been busy. Sometimes I feel like I am not accomplishing much - rarely have anything tangible to show for my efforts, but I am actually busy.

I started paying on my trip .... to NYC! This will only be my first trip to the Big Apple. And since it will be new territory, this bus trip will be perfect to get the lay of the land, find out where I want to go when I go back, etc ... Yay!

I started a new endeavor this past week and I will find out Wednesday if it has paid off. The smallest indication will make me happy.

I started watching Heavy. OMG! LOVE it! It is sooooo amazing! So uplifting and inspiring. If you pick up a new show for the winter, please-please-please try this one!

I started a new quilt. This one is for my sister for her birthday. I love the colours. I hope she does too. After her birthday, I will post a pic.

I started walking Gus. I had to. My poor Gooser is becoming a chunky monkey. He enjoyed every single minute we were out. Of course he was exhausted when we got back.

And finally ....

I start my new shift next Tuesday. I work this Saturday and Sunday my 3pm to 2am shift, have Monday off to start getting used to being up at 7:30AM!!!! Yes, folks, I am going to an early am shift! Polar opposite! That's going to take a while to get used to. But should be very interesting.
